About Dr. William L. Harris IV.
Dr. William L. Harris is an international speaker, renowned author, and visionary leader who has taught leadership across secular and religious organizations worldwide. He serves as Presiding Bishop of the International Christian Apostolic Fellowship, connecting bishops, pastors, and leaders locally and globally.
